As many as 168 children fell sick after consuming contaminated 'chaat' (snack) during Eid festivities here yesterday, police said.

Later, five persons running the 'chaat' stalls were arrested.u00a0

The samples of the food stuff were collected and sent for testing, police said.

The children were admitted to the Ujjain district hospital, police said adding that they were discharged after being given adequate treatment.
