Actor Prashantt Gupta was on a high when he met Govinda at a recent event where the actors were guests of honour.
Prashantt Guptha and Govinda
Says Prashantt, "Govinda has been my childhood idol. While growing up in New York, I would dance to his hits from the '80s and '90s. Meeting him was a humbling experience."
The star told Prashantt: "An artiste's struggle is for life. When he reaches a peak, only to realise it is a plateau and that there are stairs ahead." Words of wisdom that mattered to Prashantt as he sought Govinda's blessings for his film '6-5=2' that releases today along with Govinda's Kill Dil. Incidentally, Prashantt bagged the 10th National Excellence Awards for Best Villain on his debut Issaq followed by Best Actor Award at the San Francisco Global Movie Fest for Identity.
Prashantt is the face of a US-based watch company, Marcel Drucker and promotes the natural breathing fabric cotton, Cottonwala among others.
