88th Academy Awards 2016: Priyanka Chopra, Lady Gaga stun in white ensembles

Los Angeles: Singer Lady Gaga, actress Olivia Wilde and Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra stole the show in white ensembles at this year's Oscars, which has been mired in the #OscarsSoWhite controversy.

Priyanka, who presented the award for best film editing with Liev Schreiber, looked stunning in a white gown by Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad.


Gaga, who gave a scintillating performance at the awards night, was dressed in a Brandon Maxwell white jumpsuit. She walked down the red carpet with her fiancee Taylor Kinney.

Wilde, who is currently seen in the TV series "Vinyl", wore a white Valentino Haute Couture gown with a plunging neckline which accentuated her cleavage.

Actress Rooney Mara donned a gorgeous button-up lace Givenchy dress, and showed some skin courtesy its diamond-shaped cutout.

Besides these stunners in white, Brie Larson, winner of the best actress award for "Room", was seen in a bright blue satin dress by Gucci.

Alicia Vikander, who won the best supporting actress award for "The Danish Girl", flaunted a yellow dress by Louis Vuitton.
