1. How do our past life memories — good or bad — shape our current selves?
What you are today is the sum total of all your ‘past’, which not only includes your past from the present lifetime but also from your previous lifetimes as well. The memories and impressions of every moment of your past lives are stored in your subconscious mind. The subconscious shapes your personality or current self. Past Life Regression works on the principle of cause and effect, and helps remove the effects by addressing the root causes.
2. The practice of Past Life Regression is age-old. Have medical and technology advancements affected or helped better it?
Recent advancements in medical technology are enabling us to understand this connection scientifically. Leading edge research in Psycho-Neuro-Immunology (PNI) and related fields are continuously coming up with more evidence, which indicates that almost all ailments are psychosomatic in nature (meaning that they originate at the level of the mind or psyche and then manifest physically in the body). It changes the common perception that the principles that Past Life Regression is based on, have not been scientifically tested.
3. In today’s stressed out times, how can Past Life Regression be utilised to the fullest for a healthy and peaceful life?
Past-life Regression Therapy is an integral part of New Age Holistic Therapy. It works on the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Its chief objective is to make our life easier, better and more fulfilling, in this present moment. Past Life therapy ignores external symptoms and solely addresses itself internal causes. 90% of present-life ailments, present-life illnesses, and present-life diseases — all have past life causes!
