Raj Tandon, one of Bollywood’s newest faces has testing times ahead of him. Not only is his debut film all set to release soon, but this Delhi-based teenager is also awaiting the results of his first-year graduation exams. Now that’s reason enough for him to be slightly nervous and yet excited.
Although the 19-year-old has temporarily shifted base to Mumbai, he’s actively pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Gurgaon. Raj confirms, “I haven’t got my results yet but to be honest, I’m more excited about my film. Having said that, I hope I get through to second year without flunking!”
Incidentally, Raj bagged the lead role in Gitanjali Sinha’s upcoming film while he was travelling in the city’s BEST bus. The director happened to spot him and as they say, the rest is history. She instantly decided to cast him in her project and that’s how a simple college student carved his way into the film industry.
