Having a field day
My workouts depend on what I am concentrating on. Cricket is a demanding game. As players, we spend hours on the field doing rigorous exercises, which help build fitness and stamina. While exercising it's important not to stress your body too much, and strike a balance. I vary my exercises and the durations as well. We do a lot of net practice with batting and bowling sessions. Batsmen need powerful wrists while a bowler needs strong shoulders. I have become very health conscious these days. My gym routine is now an important part of my life. I enjoying exercising, and I feel it's the best way to stay fit.
In good taste
I am a disciplined person when it comes to food. I take great care of my diet. I do follow a good diet regime starting from my breakfast -- it's always heavy with a lot of fibres (fruits, juice) and proteins. I plan my lunch as per my gym schedule. I normally have a light lunch before hitting the gym. In the evening, I again eat a lot of fibres and protein-rich stuff. When it comes to dinner, I let my mom rule over me thrice a week. She is a great cook and I simply can't say no to her food.
Being a sport
I am a very active person and being a sportsman, I love trying out other sports too. Every sport teaches you something about yourself. I love football because it's a very tiring sport and you always have to be attentive and running. It helps me to increase my stamina and fitness levels. I box at times because it's good for strength and conditioning while badminton is good for reflexes. And when I want to unwind, I play table tennis.
I am happiest when I am with my fiancee and close ones. Their presence in my life is very important to me. I like to relax by listening to music.
