What keeps me going: I am a slave to habit, so staying true to a regimen is not difficult. But I do have a problem with indoor gym workouts and being cooped up inside. I prefer outdoor sports or a brisk walk in the open.
My favourite time of day to exercise: Early mornings. I am not an evening person. Besides, with traffic, I would never make it to an evening workout in time!
