Books have restorative powers and can mould the way we think.
If you feel like you have lost touch with books, go back to basics and reconnect with reading at a workshop titled Bibliotherapy: The Restorative Power of Reading.
Bond with other participants over booklists and discover more books to read too. Unveiling the ways that books shape our lives is a panel of three that includes story-coach and author of The Waiting Room, Anupa Mehta, bibliotherapist Sonia Mackwani and literary agent Sherna Khambatta.
The workshop hopes to guide participants back to books and avid reading. Also on the agenda is a prescription of books to help with common ailments.
