Piyush Jha who is known for making serious cinema recently stated that he admires Alfred Hitchcock's work a lot as his films successfully tried to gauge the mind of the criminal.
Piyush feels that he finds resonance in Hitchcockian movies. “In recent times, I have actually taken to watching and really loved some crime TV shows like Luther, Whitechapel and Dexter.
There are already talks for a film to be made on my book too. It’s in the very initial stages so one doesn’t know who is to be cast or on what scale the project will eventually be made.” Let’s hope whatever be the project, it comes close to his idol’s body of work!
