One of them involves the late Shammi Kapoor. He told CS, “Shammi uncle was also from Peshawar like my father. He was on the net once and he had posted an old saying ‘Bekaar na baith kuch kiya kar...’ which his mother often used to say.
But he couldn’t remember the whole saying and had posted only half of it. Since my father used to quote this saying often, I completed it for him. Shammi uncle was really surprised to know that I would be aware of such an old saying.”
