The actress later ditched her western look by going traditional in Sabyasachi's black saree for the evening gala that celebrated 100 years of Indian cinema. Aishwarya teamed hair accessory and danglers with the gold embroidered saree as she made her way to the screening of Bollywood anthology film 'Bombay Talkies'.

The actress went monochrome with her third outfit as she donned a fitted white shirt and black mermaid-style skirt. Cannes jury member Vidya Balan, who was criticised for going over-the-top with her sartorial choices, stood out in an elegant rustic-gold Sabyasachi saree with a potli bag for her latest appearance.
