Ajay Devgn has just completed the first schedule of his directorial venture, 'Shivaay'.

He had been shooting in Hyderabad with an earlier schedule in Mcleodganj in Himachal Pradesh.
For the past two months, Devgn had been away from Mumbai and wrapped up the schedule just in time for a year-end break.
He and Kajol, like every year, are taking off for their farmhouse in Karjat to usher in the New Year.
