American Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte may be going through a tough phase in real life, but in reel life, things are looking bright.

The champion swimmer, who is currently serving a 10-month suspension from the sport over disciplinary issues, has landed a role in a Hollywood comedy, 'A Little Something for Your Birthday' along side stunner Sharon Stone. Also cast in the flick are prominent names like Tony Goldwyn, Famke Janssen, and Ellen Burstyn.

The movie is written and directed by Susan Walter and will see Stone playing the role of an aspiring fashion designer, who is working on getting away from her overbearing, co-dependent mother (Burstyn). Goldwyn portrays her love interest.

However, it is still not clear what part Lochte will play in the film, whose producers are yet to announce a release date. At the Rio Olympics in August, Lochte and his teammates made headlines after their fake story about being mugged at gun point was exposed by the Brazil police.
