Composer Amit Trivedi to write a song for the film 'Bombay Talkies' to pay tribute to the veteran actor
Things are looking up for Amit Trivedi. The music composer who is basking in the positive reviews he earned for his work in Kai Po Che recently had the honour of meeting Amitabh Bachchan at his house Prateeksha.
The young musician is a huge fan of the legendary actor. As a token of appreciation, Trivedi decided to compose a song for his Bollywood idol and use it in the soundtrack of their upcoming film Bombay Talkies.

“The new track has been added to the movie with the motive of immortalising Bachchan as a name that is synonymous with the film industry,” says a source from the unit.
It was Amit’s impromptu plan to come up with a track in Big B’s honour. “Amit expressed his thoughts to Big B. As soon as he received the nod from the veteran actor, the musician got down to work immediately. As of now, the plan is to compose an anthem-like song that fits well with the actor’s popularity and personality,” adds the source. u00a0
