If not, then other opportunities may open up when Fabio Capello steps down as England coach following the Euro 2012 finals, The Sun reports.
Ancelotti admits he would be keen on the Gunners, Tottenham or Liverpool.
The Italian, axed by Chelsea at the end of last season, said: "It's evident Wenger is wobbling and that within a few months Capello's place with the national team will go to an Englishman and free up a place at a club. I have a strong will to remain in England. For a coach, this is the ideal country. But I would only consider top clubs including Tottenham and Liverpool."
