Actor Anjan Srivastav, who's been in the industry for a good 36 years, certainly speaks like a veteran. He's happy that the industry has changed in more ways than one. The actor, who is now seen in Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kahan, talks to CS:
When I was young, unemployment in the film industry was rampant, but now you can make your way in easily. Initially, talent was the only thing that was important; today you have to have a thousand other qualifications to be a good actor. The scope for an actor has increased a lot. Also, parents have started accepting Bollywood and TV as good career options.
Remake a remake?
I am not in favour of remakes. I hear that two of my films, Agneepath and Golmaal, are being remade. Something new has to be added to the original, only then will the audience be impressed.
