Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma recently replied to her boyfriend's tweet on social networking site after the Indian ODI vice-captain expressed his admiration for her performance in her latest film NH10.

Anushka Sharma took to social networking website Twitter and this is what she tweeted - "@imVkohli Thank You . SO happy."

Earlier, the Indian batting mainstay, who's currently in Melbourne preparing for Thursday quarter-final clash against Bangladesh, took some time out of his busy schedule and watched the film. Kohli was all praise for the film and Anushka took to a micro-blogging site to share his review of the flick.

Kohli tweeted, "Just watched #NH10 and i am blown away. What a brilliant film and specially an outstanding performance by my love @AnushkaSharma. SO PROUD."

Kohli had landed in trouble just ahead of India's group tie against West Indies, when he hurled the choicest of abuses at a journalist in Hindi and Punjabi after a training session in Perth. He was upset over an article apparently written about his girlfriend Anushka Sharma being the only girlfriend among the wives of the Indian players accompanying the team on the England tour last year.

The Indian team’s then manager Sunil Dev said that it was against Indian culture for girlfriends to be allowed on tour.

According to team sources, India Team Director Ravi Shastri and bowling coach Bharat Arun had a chat with Kohli after the ugly incident. Shastri is believed to have reminded Kohli that he is this ODI team’s future captain and such kind of behaviour in public is unacceptable.

Anushka has also reacted on the incident and asked the media to treat her boyfriend and his national teammates as adults and has said that she should not be held responsible for his on-field performances.

Kohli had blown a kiss to his partner Anushka after slamming his third century of the Test series against the Australians at Melbourne in December 2014.

Come Thursday, Kohli will once again be at the Melbourne Cricket Ground doing duty against Bangladesh. Let's hope for India's sake that the runs flow and the kisses blow!

'NH10', a thriller directed by Navdeep Singh, is about a couple's road trip on a highway gone awry. The film features Anushka, Neil Bhoopalam and Darshan Kumaar.

'NH10', which is also Anushka's debut production grossed Rs 13 crore in the opening weekend, despite being A-rated.

'NH10' took a slow start at the box office on Friday, but the business grew the very next day, in spite of the India-Zimbabwe World Cup match..
