There's good news for lovers of Arabian cuisine. Chef Ali El Bourji (Oriental Head Chef, Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai) will fly into the city in a few days' time to whip up vegetarian and non-vegetarian Arabian delicacies.

The spread will include Arabian favourites ranging from cold mezzes of Hummus, Fattoush and Tabouleh salads to hot buffet varieties of chicken and fish Tagines, baked vegetarian Koftas, Artichoke Stew, Vegetable Salona with Lamb Shank and Fish Sayadeiyh.

Chef Ali will also add a new twist to traditional Arabic lentil, chickpea and meatball soups, including the Adas
B Hamod, Qeema and Harrira soup. There will also be a selection of Arabian desserts such as the Um Ali with dates, Mafroukeh, filo dough pastry called Znoud Al Sit and Mouhalabiya with apricot for all those with a sweet tooth.

A special live Tahina Fountain will provide guests with a variety of falafel skewers, baby marrow, haloumi cheese and lamb kebbeh. To add the right spark to your monsoonu00a0 feast, you get to sip freshly brewed traditional Arabic coffee and tea.
