The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court today issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against dentist Nupur Talwar in the case of murder of her daughter Aarushi, and has extended its validity till next hearing April 30.
he Central Bureau of Investigation today submitted before the local CBI court here to issue a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against dentist Nupur Talwar in the case of murder of her daughter Aarushi.
The CBI pleaded that since the non-bailable warrant issued earlier had expired Wednesday, a fresh NBW was needed to arrest her.

Counsel for Talwar opposed the CBI plea on the ground that her bail application was pending before the Supreme Court, and the agency was restrained from arresting her.
After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court is expected to deliver the order.
