London: Jack Wilshere will give England a World Cup boost by returning to the Arsenal squad for Sunday's Premier League finale against Norwich City, Gunners manager Arsene Wenger said Thursday.

Wilshere has been on the treatment table since breaking a bone in his foot on international duty for England against Denmark on March 5.

But the 22-year-old is set to be involved at Carrow Road on Sunday in Arsenal's last league match of the season, and one week before they face Hull City in the FA Cup final.

"We have everybody who played against West Brom available. We could have the return of (Aaron) Ramsey and Wilshere could be in the squad as well for Sunday," Arsene Wenger told a press conference.

"He will be ready for the World Cup. For the rest, I do not want to make an individual case of anybody.

"What is important is the team and that we prepare well as a team."

It is a huge boost to both Wilshere and England manager Roy Hodgson, who is set to take a pre-World Cup squad to a training camp in Miami.

However, the news wasn't so good for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who remains sidelined with a groin injury and is becoming a major World Cup doubt.

"He has not at all practised with the first team," Wenger said of the midfielder.
