Islamabad: Pakistan authorities on Saturday announced uninterrupted electricity supply for the high-voltage India-Pakistan Asia Cup cricket match.


The Ministry of Water and Power directed all power distribution companies that it should provide uninterrupted electricity supply for Saturday’s high-voltage match, Samaa reported.


According to the ministry, there will be no power outages anywhere in Pakistan from 6 pm to 11:30 pm.


The decision has been taken to facilitate cricket fans so that they could enjoy uninterrupted transmission of the match.
