'Aurangzeb' promotional event in an under construction building

The makers of the Arjun Kapoor-starrer are apparently planning to host an event for the film in a building under construction! Reason?

As the plot of the film revolves around a real estate builder. So instead of a five-star hotel, the event will be held in a real environs. The heat and dust is sure to create a bit of ruckus. Do we already hear Jackie Shroff who also stars in the film say kya bhidu in frustration?
