Australia have world's best attack: Peter Siddle
Peter Siddle reckons Australia’s quicks are ready to show their South African counterparts they and not the Proteas are the best bowling attack in the world.
South Africa will play their first Test in Brisbane for 49 years next month at the start of a three-match series between the sides.
Dale Steyn, Morne Morkel and Vernon Philander will be relishing the prospect of starting their tour on a pitch suited to pace at the Gabba.

But quick Siddle claims Australia’s bowlers are ready to outshine that trio.
“I think we showed last summer what we can do together, the force we can have when blokes come in and out of the side,” he said.
“Mitchell Starc came in, Patrick Cummins early on, James Pattinson, along with Ryan Harris, Hilfy (Ben Hilfenhaus) and myself — it’s a long list of strong bowlers.
“If we can get firing again and really give it to them, we can really push to be that number one bowling attack in the world.”
Australia have a three-Test series against Sri Lanka after the South Africa matches and Siddle feels rotating the side will be key.
“Everyone knows the workload issues we’ve had in the past, with the injuries we’ve had to some of the guys,” Siddle said.
“It’ll be a good thing to keep the bowling line-up fresh, strong and firing for the big 18 months that we’ve got coming up.”
