Performance Engines
The All-New Jaguar XE offers a choice of 2.0L 147 kW Turbocharged Petrol and 2.0L 177 kW Turbocharged Petrol meshed with 8-speed electronic automatic transmission. The 2.0L 177 kW petrol engine achieves a class-leading acceleration of 0-100 km/h in just 6.8 seconds.
The Jaguar XE will be available in the following models and trims:
1. Jaguar XE 2.0L Petrol Pure (147 kW): INR 39.90 Lacs
2. Jaguar XE 2.0L Petrol Portfolio (177 kW): INR 46.50 Lacs

Exterior
The All-New XE immediately catches the eye, standing out from the competition because of its upscale proportions. Its form possesses energy and organic vibrancy with specific F-TYPE inspired design cues. The signature 'J-Blade' running lights are an instantly recognizable Jaguar design feature. In the rear lights, a horizontal line intersecting a roundel is an iconic styling feature inherited from the iconic Jaguar E-type. The strongly-sculpted bonnet is a testament to Jaguar's expertise in working with aluminium, creating a taut, muscular appearance. The very steeply raked windscreen and the rising waistline accentuate the streamlined, coupe-like profile, adding to the sense of movement.
Interior: Spacious and Luxurious
Expectations raised by Jaguar XE's beautiful exterior styling are exceeded once inside. The spacious cabin cocoons front seat passengers with a deep centre console, creating a cockpit-like feel. The 20.32 cm touchscreen for the new InControl Touch infotainment system takes centre stage in the sweeping curves of the instrument panel. Directly ahead of the driver, is the reassuring familiarity of two large, sports-car analogue dials and message centre inspired by F-TYPE. The driver grips the chunky sports steering wheel and next to the driver, the raised centre console adds to the cockpit feel.
The contour-hugging front seats are mounted low, creating a sports-car like driving position. In the rear, all occupants enjoy generous amounts of head and legroom, and the deeply scalloped seatbacks liberate even more space for passengers seated in the rear of the XE. The XE thus proves that sleek, streamlined styling and interior space need not be mutually exclusive.
Throughout the XE, the soft natural forms of the interior architecture lend themselves to a choice of contemporary or traditional materials and finishes. Technical fabrics, fine-grain leathers with tonal stitch give the cabin a bespoke quality. Gloss black or embossed aluminum finish further enhances the luxurious, handcrafted feel.
Aluminium-intensive Monocoque
Jaguar has been at the forefront of aluminum car construction and continues to push the boundaries of this technology. The All-New Jaguar XE is the first of the new generation of Jaguar cars to be based on the all-new aluminum intensive architecture, which uses expertise derived from the aerospace industry to deliver premium vehicle characteristics in performance, handling and refinement.
Torque Vectoring by braking
One of the most impressive functions on the All-New Jaguar XE is Torque Vectoring by Braking, state-of-the-art technology has been proven on the Jaguar F-TYPE Coupé and is now standard on the All-New Jaguar XE. This high-tech innovation mitigates the onset of understeer by lightly braking individual inner wheels as required to help keep the car on the optimum line through corners. Intervention is subtle and barely noticed by the driver, who benefits from more neutral handling, reduced steering effort and, ultimately, a more rewarding driving experience.
All Surface Progress Control (ASPC)
Jaguar's unique All Surface Progress Control (ASPC) is a low speed cruise control, operating at speeds between 3.6 km/h and 30 km/h. It helps the All-New XE to cope with low traction situations whatever the weather and allows drivers to concentrate on steering the vehicle. The system also has a pull-away function allowing the XE to move away from rest on slippery surfaces, as well as a hill descent function that controls vehicle speed on steeper inclines.
Dynamic Stability Control (DSC)
DSC monitors All-New Jaguar XE's dynamic behaviour and intervenes if the system determines that the vehicle is unresponsive to the driver's inputs. DSC reduces engine torque and/or applies braking to the appropriate wheels to correct the car's direction of travel by counteracting understeer or oversteer. All-New Jaguar XE's latest generation DSC system has enhanced understeer control to reduce speed and regain control more effectively.
Electric Powered Assisted Steering (EPAS)
Jaguar’s next generation EPAS offers outstanding feedback and control, as well as power assistance when needed. The system adds to driver confidence by communicating the approach of the limits of grip during hard cornering. EPAS allows highly-tuned computer control to adapt the levels of steering support; whether giving the driver fine control at speed, or providing comprehensive assistance during slow maneuvering.
