New Delhi: The disco king of Bollywood Bappi Lahiri is all set to spread what he calls his 'disco' fever over international platforms as he is soon going to collaborate with American rapper Snoop Dogg, and American rapper and songwriter Akon.

While sharing his thoughts on the growing trend of rap genre in India, the 'Jimmy Jimmy' hit-maker shared details about his upcoming project with ANI, "I have already worked with one of the top most rappers of America, MC Hammer on a song called 'Will to Live'. Now latest is with American rapper Snoop Dogg, and American rapper and songwriter Akon will be singing with me. So, I am trying to get melody in rap."


He further said that as far as Indian rappers are concerned, he really likes Badshah and Yo Yo Honey Singh and believes that they both have the caliber to go international.

Bappi Lahiri was recently appointed brand ambassador to Bollywood Disco Carnival, a tribute to the golden era of Bollywood disco.
