Located in Wakad, 121 Kitchen:BarBQ is a contemporary restaurant which offers barbeque, tawa preparations and Oriental cuisine. It can seat up to 260 people and their indoor dining capacity is of about 70 people. They also have a garden seating with gazebos and host live bands who play different genres of music every night.
Some of the special Oriental dishes include Crispy Noodle Salad, Stir Fried Tofu with Chinese Greens, Cottage Cheese Zuccini Satay, Thai Chilli Prawns, Sliced Chicken in Oyster Sauce and Pot Roasted Lamb with Sichuan Vegetables and Bambooshoot.
The Tawa specialities consist of Fish Tikka Takatak, Prawns Tikka Tawa Masala, Jehangir Gosht Seekh Tawa Masala, Babycorn Mushroom Takatak and Kheema Kaleji Takatak.
The executive chef, of this restaurant, Kareem Khan said that he loves to cook Indian and Thai food. He pointed that Punekars are big foodies and are ready to experiment with food. The restaurant has been started by Anish Bhanwadia, Manoj Thawani and Vijay Parihar.
