While Don Bosco are defending champions, the Wadala team clinched the title in 2014. Hence, both teams will leave no stone unturned when they hit the turf today.

St Joseph's though may have an edge since they have beaten the Bosco boys in the Powai Fest basketball final two weeks ago. “We won't be living in the past. We'll have to work hard to win the title especially when it comes to our shoots and rebounds,'' said St Joseph's coach Noor Mohammed Sheikh.

“Our previous encounter is history and the boys are determined to win. We will need to work on our defence. We will target their main players right from the start,” said Sayed Rasool, coach of Don Bosco.

Meanwhile, in the U-13 girls semis, Divine Child (Andheri) beat Vibgyor 'A' (Goregaon) 15-8, while St Anthony's (Chembur) beat Cathedral & John Connon School 'A' (Fort) 8-4.
