Kolkata: Just a couple of days after India's Test captain Virat Kohli gave positive signals about the use of Decision Review System (DRS), the BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya yesterday clarified that board's "stand remains same" but the Cricket Advisory Committee might take a call in future.

'Open to discussions'
However, there was a slight contrast from his predecessor N Srinivasan's stand as Dalmiya stated that the BCCI is "open to discussions" and might use a modified version during a future bilateral series.

"It is clarified that the stand taken on the Decision Review System (DRS) by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) remains the same as on date.

"But that does not mean we would not be open to discussions internally on whether the DRS could be used partially or in its modified version during bilateral series," Dalmiya was quoted as saying in a press release.
