David Beckham's eldest son Brooklyn has had a trial with Chelsea, Press Association Sport understands.
The 13-year-old trained at Chelsea’s Cobham training ground on Tuesday.u00a0Former England captain Beckham is currently without a club after leaving Los Angeles Galaxy at the end of the Major League Soccer season and was pictured on Twitter at the Blues’ Surrey training base.
His attendance for the under-14 fixture at the home of the 2011-2012 Champions League winners will undoubtedly lead to speculation Brooklyn Beckham is in line to follow in his father’s footsteps to play football at the highest level.
