Heading to the gym daily and working out for two hours can be boring after a point of time. There has to be some variety in one’s regime to keep it interesting. I play sports like hockey and football.
Besides that, I like to go for a good swim twice or thrice a week. Dancing is also a fun way to exercise and I love to groove. Varying your regimes and challenging your body every now and then keeps you going.”u00a0
