Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe

'Yeh Rishta...' makers kick out Shehzada & Pratiksha due to unprofessionalism?

'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' and 'Anupamaa' are two of the most loved daily soaps on Indian television. These two shows have been gaining a lot of love from the audience, but now sad news is coming from the sets of 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.' The show, produced by Directors Kut Production owned by Rajan Shahi, has terminated two of its lead members due to a lack of professionalism. Rajan Shahi's Directors Kut Production is known for its exemplary work culture and professionalism on sets, currently having two successful shows airing on Star Plus: 'Anupamaa' starring Rupali Ganguly and 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' starring Samridhii Shukla in lead roles. With a reputation built on goodwill and dedication, the production house has always prioritized maintaining a positive work environment. However, if sources are to be believed, recent events have prompted Directors Kut Production to take a firm stance against unprofessional behavior displayed by two actors from the TV show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' – Shehzada Dhami, portraying the character Armaan, and Pratiksha Honmukhe, in the role of Roohi. Shehzada Dhami's disregard for work ethics became evident from day one, as he consistently threw tantrums and mistreated the crew. Despite efforts to address the issue, his behaviour persisted, disrupting the harmonious work atmosphere that Directors Kut Production strives to maintain. Pratiksha Honmukhe, who was a newcomer groomed by the production house, wasn't living up to the expectations as per the character requirement. In light of these actions, Directors Kut Production has kicked out Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe. Producer Rajan Shahi always maintains that nobody is bigger than the show, not even the producer, and it is a collective team effort that makes the show. Replacements for both characters will be announced shortly. The show first premiered in January 2009 and is one of the longest-running TV shows. It originally featured Hina Khan (as Akshara), Karan Mehra (as Naitik), Shivangi Joshi, and Mohsin Khan. The show now stars Samridhii Shukla as the fourth-generation lead. Although it has been the longest-running show on Star Plus, fans still love to watch it daily, and many have attached emotions to this show.

Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal's wife Dhanashree claps back at trolls

Dhanashree Verma, wife of Yuzvendra Chahal, addressed the online harassment she's been enduring. She shared a video on her Instagram discussing the recent backlash she's faced over some viral photos, including one with choreographer Pratik Utekar from the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11. Chahal's fans weren't happy with the picture and criticized Dhanashree. In her video, she mentioned how the situation has affected her and her family emotionally. Dhanashree said, “How are you feeling about this? It’s that simple to ask and be a human first, than to put forward certain verdicts or opinions. I have never in my life been affected by trolls or memes. This definitely had a lot of maturity or ignoring or laughing it out loud until this very recent troll occurred.”  She added, “The reason it has affected me this time is because it has affected my family and my near and dear ones. Since you all have the freedom on social media platforms to speak your heart out that you tend to forget or choose to ignore the sentiments of us and our family.”  Dhanashree mentioned that she decided to take a break from social media to find some peace amidst all the negativity from trolls. She urged people to avoid spreading hate, “So, this led to the decision of detox from social media and trust me, it was very peaceful. But it is also may we realise that if we make this medium so negative, then all we are doing is spreading hate and disharmony on a large scale. Social media is a major part of my work and I can’t give up, which is why I have gathered courage and come back on Instagram.”  “Just requesting you guys to be little more sensitive and focus on our talents and skills as at the end of the day, we are all here in this medium just to entertain you guys. So, just don’t forget that I am also just a woman, just like your mother, sister, friend, wife and this is not done, and it’s not fair,” she said. “And I am known as a fighter and I never give up. Here I am and I am not going to give up again. But spread love, be sensitive about a few things and don’t spread hate. I really hope that here onwards we are all going to focus on the good things and move ahead in life,” Dhanashree concluded.

Zaan Khan

Just like Rahul in 'K3G', Naren is steadfast in his love for Nandini: Zaan Khan

In the ongoing track of the TV serial 'Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai', Naren (Zaan Khan) tries to convince his father Hemraj (Dharmesh Vyas) to approve of his relationship with Nandini (Meera Deosthale). Hemraj disregards Naren's feelings and in a bid to assert his authority over his son, he renames Kirti as Nandini, asking Naren to accept her in marriage. A furious Naren points out that a name doesn't define character and he leaves his home to marry Nandini. The entire sequence of events leads to tension in the Ratanshi household, compelling Hemraj to banish Naren, but Nandini convinces her lover to go back home and make amends with his family. Talking about the storyline, Zaan Khan says, "Naren has come to realise that love is more than just a bond between two individuals; it entails challenging societal norms and standing up for what we believe is morally right." Going deeper into the idea driving the storyline, he notes: "In a world where customs often clash with personal convictions, Naren must find a way to balance what his heart desires and respect his family's expectations." He then compares his character with Rahul, played memorably by Shah Rukh Khan in Karan Johar's romantic drama, 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham'.
