The Central Business District (CBD) of Connaught Place has an annual occupancy cost of US $149.71 per sq ft.

Asia continued to dominate the list of the world's most expensive office locations, accounting for seven of the top-10 markets.
Hong Kong (Central) became the highest-priced office market with an overall prime occupancy cost of $290 per sq ft per annum, followed by London-Central with $262.29.
