Shahid Kapoor recently gifted a Rolex watch to his producer friend Viki Rajani. In this ongoing trend of expensive gifting, we list a few celebs who are known for their generous gifting habit

King Khan lives up to his title going by the magnanimity of his gift-giving exercise. He presented director Rohit Shetty with a superbike worth Rs 15 lakhs after the completion of Chennai express. Stars who did a special appearance in his home production Ra.one received high end gifts like a luxury car for Rajnikant, a superbike for Sanjay Dutt, a luxury car for Arjun Rampal and an expensive acoustic guitar for Priyanka Chopra. He sent a couple of jackets for Katrina Kaif to keep warm whilst they were shooting together in London and a fancy gym bag with a card that read-“Have a great workout!”.u00a0When the 31 Bollywood stars shot for the title song in Om Shanti Om, SRK gave each one of them special gift hampers with expensive gizmos. He also presented director Farah Khan a high-end luxury car.

It is reported that Kareena who flew to London recently to celebrate Karisma’s birthday gifted her sister an expensive diamond charm bracelet.
Bebo is also known to be generous with expensive gifts to her staff like iPads and iPhones. The actress, who endorses a laptop, apparently was at the receiving end of several of them which she gave off to her pals as gifts.

Sanju baba is an emotional gifter. During one of the action sequences for Zanjeer, Dutt suddenly took off his wristwatch and gifted it to the action director Javed Ejaaz. The fight master literally fainted when he learnt that the watch cost a whooping Rsu00a010 lakhs. Dutt also gifted Ranbir Kapoor a Harley Davidson bike worth '30 lakh on RK’s birthday.

The young Kapoor is said to be generous with his staff by regularly handing expensive gifts especially cellphones. Apparently, he makes sure not to gift what he endorses just to make sure that he is not passing on a freebie but has actually purchased it. There was an instance where while shooting for Ayan Mukerji’s film, one of the assistant directors lost her cellphone. Ranbir Kapoor immediately bought her a new phone.

Sallu bhai’s generosity is well-known. He gifted Kareena Kapoor a BMW car when she did not charge anything for her Dabangg 2 item song. He also gifted Raj Babbar a Mercedes when he was shooting for Bodyguard with him. Since, Salman missed Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia’s wedding celebration, he reportedly compensated it by gifting them a holiday vacation. He is said to have gifted Ranbir a Rolex watch to make up for being rude to him on one occasion. And, when Ranbir refused to accept the extravagant offering, it is rumoured that Khan threatened to throw the watch away. Ranbir also received a painting of his legendary grandfather Raj Kapoor painted by Salman himself on one of Salman’s television show.

While in Milan, Deepika Padukone shopped for baby clothes from an international brand that is not much visible in India. The gifts were for Shah Rukh’s new born AbRam. So keen was she to see the little one in the new clothes that Gauri Khan reportedly promised her that she would try to get the baby clicked with the entire family for a family picture. u00a0
