Bollywood stars took to twitter to mourn the death of Hollywood legend Elizabeth Taylor.


Stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek and Neha Dhupia remembered the great star, who died of congestive heart failure on Wednesday. The Oscar-winning actress was 79.


"And another sad moment! Elizabeth Taylor passes away! God's creation in abundance ... now reduced to dust! The way for all someday," a contemplative Amitabh posted. His son Abhishek remembered 'Cleopatra' star as one of the most beautiful women ever.


"Landed back in Mumbai to the sad news that Elizabeth Taylor passed on. R.I.P (Rest in peace). One of the most beautiful women ever!," Abhishek wrote.

Pritish Nandy: "Liz Taylor RIP. My dad will miss her wherever he is. Who knows? He might even meet her up there." Madhur Bhandarkar wrote: Elizabeth Taylor, the ultimate iconic actress, RIP. The world will never forget the role of immortal Cleopatra!!!
