Filmmaker S Raamnathan, known to be extremely close to Amitabh Bachchan, passed away yesterday afternoon due to a heart attack in his hometown Chennai.
He had made films like Bombay To Goa, Sabse Bada Rupaiya, Devtaa, Mahaan, Do Phool and Rangeela Rattan.

He was awaiting the release of his last film Zamanaat which starred the Big B and Karisma Kapoor. The film has been stuck in the cans for long.u00a0
