Having worked with some of the leading names in the industry, Pitt knows that it takes nothing less than the best to reach the top spot. He, too, has struggled in his novice days and knows what a disconcerting place the film industry can be.

Being the oldest actor on the sets of his forthcoming film Fury, Brad Pitt mentioned in an interview that he worries about the younger lot.

"I am not the most talkative by nature but here we were, five guys stuck in a tin can and I'm the senior of the bunch, and I felt this responsibility to be direct and open with my guys, some of whom are just getting a handle on this thing and what they want to do with it.

I worry for them because they get used up so quickly and spat out before they have had time to develop their craft," he said.

Hollywood is known for putting people under the spotlight and many young stars such as Lindsay Lohan. Amanda Byrnes and McCaulay Culkin who started out young in the industry have got lost in their paths.
