Bethesda (USA): Tiger Woods begins his competitive comeback from a three-month injury layoff on Thursday at Congressional Country Club, testing himself and the state of his game ahead of next month's British Open.
"After a lot of therapy, I have recovered well," Woods said in a statement on Friday. "I've just started to hit full shots, but it's time to take the next step.
I will be a bit rusty but I want to play myself back into competitive shape. Excited for the challenge ahead."
