Kate Hudson praises exercise DVDs for allowing her to workout amid her busy lifestyle

Kate Hudson rocks her slender physique in an array of gorgeous outfits, along with sporty ensembles from her own range of activewear. And to keep herself in tip-top condition — even while jet-setting across the globe — Kate turns to activities on discs. Besides, regular gymming is out of question.

The 35-year-old actress says, "I'm a DVD girl. I always go back to the Brazilian Butt lift DVD, which is really fun and a good workout for when you're travelling. You can follow the programme.

Even if you are a mom, and you have a million things to do and the kids are at school. I love the DVDs. They make it hard to say you didn't have the time."
The actress is turning entrepreneur by launching a new range of clothes next month. Thanks to which, the Almost Famous star is "busier than ever." However, she manages to stay fit.
When a DVD isn't at hand, Kate occasionally hits the gym to burn calories. While she's there it's a playlist of upbeat tunes which keep her going.
