Central Railway to run 6 special trains on Ambedkar Mahaparinirvan Divas

Central Railway (CR) has decided to run six special trains from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Dadar to Sevagram, Ajni, Nagpur in view of extra rush of passengers on account of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Mahaparinirvan Divas on December 6, 2015

Central Railway to run 6 special trains on Ambedkar Mahaparinirvan Divas

Central Railway (CR) has decided to run six special trains from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Dadar to Sevagram, Ajni, Nagpur in view of extra rush of passengers on account of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Mahaparinirvan Divas on December 6, 2015.


As per the information provided by Public Relations Office (PRO) of the CR, Special Train No. 01069 would leave Mumbai CST at 04:05 PM on December 6 and would reach Ajni at 08:10 AM the next day. Special Train No. 01071 would leave Mumbai CST at 06:40 PM on December 6 and would reach Sevagram at 10:30 AM next day.


Special Train No. 01073 would leave Dadar at 12:40 AM on December 7 and would reach Nagpur at 06:00 PM on the same day. Special Train No. 01075 would leave Mumbai CST at 12:35 PM on December 7 and would reach Nagpur at 03:30 AM the next day.


Furthermore, Special Train No. 01083 would leave Mumbai CST at 06:40 PM on December 8 and would reach Nagpur at 12:10 PM the next day. Special Train No. 01085 would leave Dadar at 12:40 AM on December 8 and would reach Nagpur at 6 PM on the same day.

All these unreserved special trains would run with 12 general second class coaches and would halt at Dadar, Kalyan, Kasara, Igatpuri, Nasik Road, Manmad, Chalisgaon, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Malkapur, Jalamb, Akola, Murtajapur, Badnera, Dhamangaon, Pulgaon, Wardha, Sevagram and Ajni stations, the PRO statement said.
