The RCF police station, on Monday, filed a chargesheet against 35-year-old corporate lawyer Janhavi Gadkar at Kurla Magistrate court in connection with the drunk driving case.
Gadkar was present in court at the time of filing of chargesheet, and was also given a copy of the same.

The advocate is accused of mowing down two persons on the Eastern Freeway in Mumbai under the influence of alcohol. In the early hours of June 10, an Audi driven by Gadkar rammed into a taxi, resulting in the death of two persons, including the taxi driver.
The deceased were identified as Mohammed Abdul Sayyad (55) and Mohammed Salim Sabuwala (50).
