Sitting MP Suresh Kalmadi launched a website https://www.punecongress.com/ where the 18 lakh voters in Pune can know about their serial numbers and voting booths. Kalmadi officially declared the website open after writing his own name as a voter at the Congress Bhawan in the office bearers.

The website was created in less than 24 hours by Kartik Upasani and Pankaj Karande of the Ultimate IT Private Limited. Dhananjay Khadilkar, director of the company, said, "It is a user-friendly website." He added, "Voters can notify if there are spelling mistakes in their names through the website." The website will also have a Marathi Devnagri font script. This is the first website by a political party for the Lok Sabha voters in Pune.

Meanwhile, it was announced that the names of the Congress candidates for constituencies in Pune will be announced soon.
