If you are an actor trapped in a marketing executive's body, or a HR executive who jots down poetry while the rest take a ciggie break, you should be at Prithvi Cafu00e9 this evening. Writing group Caferati's Open Mic night is a novel way of living out your dreams. "Anyone can walk in and perform a creative work. Some read out poems, others just sing. It cuts through the language barrier as well we have people performing in English, Marathi and Hindi," says organiser Peter Griffin. There are 25 slots available, and each participant is allowed to speak for 2 minutes, with a gong telling you your time is up.
