“The entire Indian team and BCCI officials are invited,” said Arvind Pujara, Cheteshwar’s father. It is however learnt that his teammates are unlikely to attend, as they are busy preparing for the series against Australia.
Pujara has played nine Tests for India, scoring 761 runs with three hundreds at an average of over 58.
