The actress has taken up kickboxing to stay at the top of her health.
A source says, “Chitrangada was looking for a new way to be in shape and that is when she got to know about kickboxing. She realised it was a good option to be in top shape. She immediately enrolled for a course. Now she feels it has really helped a lot and the results are there for everyone to see.”
So much so that she has fallen in love with the sport and even watches kickboxing matches whenever time permits.
Chitra even managed to learn the finer points of the game from an expert. “I was trained by Viki Bhora, a gold medal holder at the Asian Games. The sport is really good for toning the body and increasing strength.”
