Royal Challengers Bangalore's swashbuckling batsman Chris Gayle became a father for the first time when his partner gave birth to a baby girl.

The couple named their daughter 'Blush'.

The West Indies cricketer flew back to his home in Jamaica during the ongoing Indian Premier League to support his partner during labour.

Gayle posted an adorable picture of the two with a heart warming caption on his Instagram account.

Chris Gayle missed the match against Mumbai Indians yesterday, which RCB went on to lose and he will also be unavailable for the next game against Rising Pune Supergiants.
