Stopping by 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', the 39-year-old actress said that the hunky actor was "annoyingly" sweet and perfect, reports aceshowbiz.com.
"Not only is he just perfect to look at (but) he's really funny and he's got the most beautiful, perfect family and he's a great dad," Chastain said.
When host Ellen DeGeneres asked her about his kissing skills, Chastain replied: "He's a very good kisser. He's perfect, annoyingly. Elsa's a lucky woman."
Chastain also revealed that it was Hemsworth who approached her and offered to send her the script of the movie. She also said that she decided to join the cast of the film because she wanted to do something fun, considering that she had hardly been involved in any big-budget fantasy movie before.
"I'm a workaholic, I spend like 80 percent of my life working, so I realised that 80 percent of my life was really depressing. So I wanted to do something fun," she said.
