London: Jack Wilshere is confident Arsenal's brave comeback to 2-2 from 0-2 down against Everton in the EPL recently is the perfect preparation for his side's crucial Champions League playoff second leg with Besiktas tonight.
Their tie against Besiktas is evenly poised after a goalless first-leg draw in Turkey last week in which key midfielder Aaron Ramsey was sent off for the first time in his club career.
"This was a fantastic point and now we have a big game on Wednesday and this will give us great confidence going into that," said Arsenal's England international Wilshere.
"We have got great character, we never give up and have always shown over the years that Arsenal are going to battle like mad right until the end."
Arsenal though will be without forward Olivier Giroud, who suffered a late ankle injury at Goodison Park.
