The 36-year-old 'The Recruit' star has set up his own film company, Coombe Street Productions, named after the Dublin hospital where he was born, and wants to eventually tackle a role off screen, reported Daily Star online.
However, Farrell said that his directing dream could be dashed due to nerves. "I would love to direct at some stage... maybe. I mean, I would be nervous. Everyone would be like, target," he said. The actor will be next seen in "Dead Man Down" and "Epic" in 2013.
