If the song is good and peppy, I have no qualms doing it. Every actress does it. I just have to like the song and it should take the story ahead.” The actress speaks about her love for dancing and more:
Dance is a stressbuster
I have always loved dancing. Ever since I was a kid, dancing has always been my favourite passtime for my fitness regime and now, it’s my stress buster. Unfortunately in my previous films, I couldn’t do the typical latkas and jhatkas. I danced to my heart’s content this time.
Kya item hai!
I think item numbers have been a part of our industry since ages. Helenji was the queen of item numbers and now they have become an integral part of any film. A good item song translates into more footfalls at the theatres and hence, every film has them nowdays. My favourite has to be ‘Ghaziabad Ki Rani’.
While we were shooting the song, I was atop a rickshaw that was fully fitted with light. Right in the middle of the take, I suddenly felt this current. It was so sudden that I didn’t know what exactly happened. Thankfully, It wasn’t anything major. I actually had a good laugh later on.
