Umesh Reddy was a constable with Karnataka Police and was dismissed from service.

In the 90's he had raped and killed at least 20 women (including a few prostitutes) in just five years.

Reddy was a sex maniac and drew pleasure from wearing the undergarments of his victims, whom he raped before brutally hacking to death.He has spent about 13 years in jail for various crimes.
